By stress I mean a feeling that you have in your mind of fear, anxiety, distress, worry, unease, or foreboding caused by using your mind to imagine a bad outcome to past, present, or future event.
You can use meditation to control your stress along with your thoughts and feelings. You have to remember things are just things, events are merely events, situations either good or bad are just situations. It’s up to you to choose how you will react to the situation, meditation can help you.
