Before we can begin working on obtaining, maintaining, and expanding our own sense of self-empowerment, we must first understand what it is and what it entails in its most basic form and meaning. Self-empowerment is defined as having the strength and confidence to express oneself in the most authentic manner possible. As a result, one will express their soul rather than their ego/spirit (attitude) in the place of the soul.
There are some things that are not included in this, such as imitating things you wish you could be like or things you believe you are deserving of being seen as. The popular methods work but only on a superficial level (i.e., temporarily) and instead feed the very thing that inhibits one’s sense of self-empowerment, to begin with. As a result, the situation becomes worse in the long run, leading to the “doomed to fail from the start” situation (while the person who sold you such methods sits pretty in profits).
Self-Empowerment Is The Authentic Expressing Of Your Soul
Self-Empowerment is comprised of three components
Self-empowerment is commonly discussed, but it is rarely explained in detail as to what it entails or why it is either effective or ineffective in any given situation. It is frequently due to the fact that the Independent Mindset has not been adopted and is not being practiced.
The independent mindset is characterized by a lack of attachment to ideas, things, or people (to some extent). It exemplifies what it means to be “confident.” Individuals who live with this self-empowerment mindset do not need to rely on others to provide them with their strengths. Their primary means of coping is to rely on themselves. To say that they will turn down assistance when requested does not imply that they will not reach out when absolutely necessary or when the opportunity presents itself.
The individual who achieves and lives by this mindset will begin to possess true strength rather than borrowed strength. As you can see, borrowed strength is defined as the need for external sources in order to feel powerful, confident, or strong. True strength within our self-empowerment can only be found within ourselves. And in order to project this strength, we must first learn how to maintain a healthy balance among the other factors that contribute to self-actualization.
A) Maintaining Mental Balance
Mental balance is one of the most important types of balance that we should all strive to achieve in our lives. Everything in our lives is based on this one thing, and it is the only thing that we can count on. It makes no difference whether the harm is done directly or indirectly.
It follows that if your mental matrix is out of balance, your entire life will be out of balance as well (even if you think it is). The first line of defense against anything that could be potentially threatening, harmful, or dangerous to ourselves or those around us is our body’s immune system.
It is necessary to acknowledge and comprehend the reality of and true nature of things as the first step. This entails coming face to face with the truth and not continuing to live in the fantasy world of fabrications, illusions, and delusions that we often construct in order to feel better about ourselves and how we acquire our own personal self-empowerment.
This action is merely a crutch that one does not require in order to function properly. As a result, the habit of relying on the crutch becomes a part of the newly established reality, and the false sense of security is asserted as the reality. This only serves to nourish the Ego Entity.
B) Emotional Balance
The emotional matrix for self-empowerment is the nucleus of our being, where our experiences are recorded in their most raw and unadulterated state. Initially, everything passes through the filter of our mental matrix before being filtered further into our emotional matrix. It is in this location that all experiences are permanently recorded for future reference in the event that similar events, situations, or circumstances occur again.
Because the mental matrix is vulnerable to attack, if you allow an incident to attack your mental matrix, it will be recorded as a negative experience after that “attack” is strengthened when it resonates in your emotional matrix. As a result, some people appear to react excessively to certain situations. It has the potential to quickly escalate into paranoia and unwarranted fear. These can lead to feelings of self-doubt and a loss of self-assurance.
Then there are those who appear to have completely bypassed the entire mental filtering procedure. The majority of the time, this is due to being overly compassionate or having a misunderstanding of what compassion is.
The majority of people believe it refers to attempting to imitate a “saint.” When they do this, they are only utilizing their emotional matrix, and this is where things begin to spiral out of control completely. The individual will be too emotionally charged to cope with any new ordeal. This will have a significant impact on how they react the next time something similar happens.
What happens to the body and brain during such an incident is a truly remarkable thing to witness (in a not so admirable way). In fact, the individual experiences a change in their own chemical makeup as it manifests in their own body.
Hence, some people appear to be “psychotic” in the name of compassion, or as they refer to it, “good” or “righteousness,” among other things. It is also the root cause of any mental disorder that is characterized by a chemical imbalance.
As a result, you must make every effort to first utilize your mental matrix by thinking logically first and then rationally second. Toss out rationality, in my opinion, because it usually involves the ego, and the ego’s only goal is to deceive and consume oneself, as we all know.
Then, depending on your emotional matrix, you can either allow it to react naturally within your personal self-empowerment or conjure up the appropriate emotion with your willpower. You will not be overwhelmed by your emotions, and they will not be used against you in this manner. Instead, they will be made available to you for use as a competitive advantage.
C) Spiritual Balance
When it comes to physical balance, it is never just about the physical aspect of things. This is another reason why I began with mental and emotional balance rather than physical health. These two factors have a significant impact on our ability to maintain our physical balance.
However, we must also include one additional component to the celebration: attitude. Your attitude (i.e., spirit) can cause negative vibes, which can have a direct impact on your physical body, causing it to be either healthy or unhealthy.
You must understand that the way you express your spirit communicates a great deal about your mental and emotional state, both to yourself and to others.
If you appear to be unable to keep your attitude under control, or at the very least to keep it under control, you will lack mental and emotional stability and will be more susceptible to being overthrown. A “free-spirited” attitude is nothing more than a lack of self-discipline. Furthermore, when one is not disciplined, chaos ensues. In turn, this only prevents your soul from being expressed.
And if your soul is unable to express itself through an unclogged filter (mental, emotional, and spiritual matrix), your ego will step in to fill in the blanks. In the event that you allow this to occur, your ego will begin to consume the energies of your body from the inside out. This results in a feeling of being mentally and emotionally exhausted as a result.
Others, on the other hand, experience deterioration in their physical health. It’s more accurate to say that if you let your ego consume your soul, it will first consume your Etheric Body, and then your physical body. In this period, you will notice an increase in the number of physical health problems.
All that is required is that you learn how to maintain a healthy mental and emotional matrix while also maintaining a positive attitude toward your situation. Because your attitude is the doorway through which the ego emerges, forcing itself to the fore and seizing control of the situation. And then one’s Ego Entity will speak on behalf of one’s soul. Speaking in ways that the soul would never express, saying things that the soul would never say, and believing things (falsehoods) that the soul would never believe are all examples of sinning against the soul.
Such practices weaken the influence of the soul on one’s own being, and one’s own self-empowerment is rendered ineffective. As a result, the individual ceases to be themselves and adopts the appearance that the ego entity desires. This results in a sense of disorientation, which manifests itself as confusion and is expressed as anger and fear.
An in-depth understanding will be gained of the fact that certain external things we do not define “who we are.” Things like being rude/obnoxious/inconsiderate, wearing sagging pants, and speaking in a certain way are all projections of the ego entity and not characteristics that reflect the individual’s true nature. The moment one begins to live true to himself or herself, he or she will begin to live true to those around them as well, and the soul will be able to express itself freely—this is the self-empowerment expression of one’s true self.
The result is that when someone expresses their true self-empowerment (and maintains their integrity), they will unavoidably project self-empowerment by becoming a living embodiment of the word’s very definition. Which is compassion in its purest form in nature (in its purest form and not merely an imitation of it).
“A man who views the world at fifty with the same perspective as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life,” says Albert Einstein.
The truth of reality for authentic self-empowerment allows an individual to gain a better understanding of their current situation, the direction they want to take their life in, and, most importantly, the identity they wish to possess. There will be no confusion between an expression of the soul and a projection of their attitude when this is implemented (of the ego entity).
Such a person will not look for things that define them as a person to gain self-empowerment because they will not require such things because they already embody the definition of themselves.
